nutrition counseling
Sophie has been counseling individuals on healthy eating for over thirty years. Her diverse work experience can attest to her extensive knowledge base of nutrition. Her expert guidance and insight will help you to make the positive lifestyle changes you need to adopt a healthier living plan. She does not provide menu plans, as they are too restrictive and not sustainable. Learning to create your own menu based on variety and balance is the key. Her attentive and engaging teaching style accommodates a wide range of learning levels, so each person can feel at ease during the session. Drawing on professional and life experience, Sophie provides the support and reassurance needed to make seemingly overwhelming changes achievable.
She offers private, one-on-one nutrition counseling for general health and wellness education, as well as, helpful direction on fitness and exercise. She specializes in Medical Nutrition Therapy and will provide you with the most effective, current strategies for the management of a variety of health-related medical conditions, that include those listed below. She is well versed in GI health and women's health.
